When we stop and think about what it is we’re doing, all three of us have something in common. Our purpose is to create something from the heart. Something we love and that we hope others will too. We are not creating something everyone will praise us for, or to see how much money we can make. We are creating something that reflects who we are and who we want to be.

Our agenda is to create a legacy the same way our family and our kids are our legacy. It’s the passing on not only of our DNA, but of our wisdom and knowledge we learn over the years.

Upon reflection, the first half of all our careers were all successful in their respective fields. Yet the focus was to accumulate as much and as quickly as possible. You make choices quicker than you take action. You don’t ask questions as much as you should. Why am l doing this? What’s my agenda?

The three of us met in 2018 in Bali, the Island of the Gods. It was natural, and none of us had an agenda to do business together until we discovered a little more about each other. We had the gift of all being at the same point in our lives. Let’s say halfway through our business careers.

What is most important to all of us is to make sure we are all driven by the same values. Having two ears and one mouth, listen more than you talk. Don’t let ego drive decisions. Empower yourself by empowering people around you. From this common ground, we embarked on our journey to create Further. We spent the foundation understanding what we are trying to achieve on this project, before we layed one stone. We set markers to ensure we’d stay focused on our story without deviating and trying
to do too much. To ensure we’d stay in our lane.

We handpicked the best creatives and empowered them with our vision. We curated the best advisors around us to ensure we stayed focused and invited them to challenge us. We didn’t sell our story, we conveyed our passion.

This is where we’re at now. We share this moment of time with the ones we love the most: our kids, the next generation, so that our approach can be remembered and resonate ñ not from a place of ego, but with passion and drive.
