Bar Vera x Chef Lorenzo De Petris
Originally from Piemonte, Italy, Chef Lorenzo honed his craft at renowned restaurants from “Ristorante Duomo” in Italy to “The Waterside Inn,” and “Le Gavroche” in England. He later moved to Sydney, Australia, opening acclaimed Italian wood-fire restaurant “Recco lab”.

Head Chef Keir Ballantyne and his team are looking forward to the anticipated arrival of Chef Dave Verheul for the Guest Chef Series. Hailing from the renowned Embla in Melbourne, Chef Dave’s cooking showcases small plates of wood-fired and fermented delicacies.

We are closing the week with Four Pillars Brand Ambassador Rebecca Lam. Rebecca will dose us with a selection of her favourite Apero Four Pillars Gin cocktails such as the “Bloody Champers” a Shiraz Gin charged champagne cocktail with a whisper of blackberry.
