Gift cards are available with a minimum value of IDR 500,000. Higher denominations may be purchased according to your needs.

 

Term & Condition

1. This gift card is valid until 31 December 2026. Expired gift cards cannot be extended, refunded, or redeemed.
2. The gift card may be redeemed for: Accommodation (stays), Concept Store purchases, Portion Rooftop Pool & Bar
3. Usage is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
4. The gift card must be redeemed in full within one (1) calendar day. Multiple-day or split usage is not permitted.
5. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance after redemption will be forfeited.
6. If the total bill exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be settled directly at the reception using available payment methods.
7. Prior reservation is required for stays and rooftop access. Gift card redemption is subject to availability at the time of booking.
8. Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or special offers unless stated otherwise.
9. Gift cards are transferable and may be used by the bearer. However, the management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
10. Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. All decisions by management are final.
