Term & Conditions

1. Each personalised gift includes two (2) items only, selected at the time of purchase. No substitutions are permitted after confirmation.
2. Item selection is subject to stock availability. In the event of limited stock, guests may be offered alternative options of equal value.
3. All personalised gift purchases are final. Once items have been selected and wrapped, they are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.
4. All items are checked for quality and condition prior to the wrapping process. Any concerns must be raised before wrapping is completed.
5. Due to hygiene considerations, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
6. Gift wrapping style is curated by the property and may vary based on seasonal availability. Specific wrapping requests cannot be guaranteed.
7. Products are for external use only. Guests are advised to review ingredients for personal sensitivities or allergies prior to purchase.
8. Management reserves the right to amend product selections, pricing, or terms without prior notice. All decisions by management are final.
