Professional Photoshoot Terms and Conditions
for Further Hotel Room

1. Booking and Reservation:

– All photoshoot sessions must be pre-booked through Further Hotel’s official channels or designated contacts.
– Availability of rooms for photoshoots is subject to Further Hotel’s discretion and room availability.

2. Non-Smoking Policy:

– Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the hotel rooms during the photoshoot.
– Violation of the non-smoking policy may result in immediate termination of the photoshoot session, and additional charges may apply.

3. Payment and Fees:

– Payment for the photoshoot session must be settled in advance as per the agreed-upon terms.
– Any additional fees incurred during the photoshoot, such as extra pax, room damages or extended hours, will be the responsibility of the client and must be settled promptly.

4. Duration and Timing:

– The duration of the photoshoot session is as agreed upon during the booking process.
– Clients must adhere to the agreed-upon start and end times. Any extension of the photoshoot session must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

5. Respect for Hotel Property:

– Clients are responsible for the careful and respectful handling of hotel property and furnishings during the photoshoot.
– Any damages to hotel property will be assessed, and clients will be held liable for the cost of repairs or replacements.

6. Privacy and Guests:

– Clients must respect the privacy of other hotel guests and staff during the photoshoot.
– Any disturbances caused to other guests may result in the immediate termination of the session.

7. Usage of Images:

– The client agrees that Further Hotel has the right to use any images captured during the photoshoot for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing by the client.

8. Cancellation and Refund:

– All the photoshoot rates are not refundable and no reschedule available

9. Only Venue

– The hotel only provides the venue and does not include a photographer.

By proceeding with the professional photoshoot at Further Hotel, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Further Hotel reserves the right to amend these terms
at its discretion
