From the very beginning, ST. ALi has led the industry with our commitment to direct relationships with farmers, expert in-house roasting, meticulous coffee brewing, and an unparalleled food offering. ST.ALi are not just a coffee shop; ST.ALi are a singular brand, distinguished, focused—and difficult to replicate.

While ST.ALi spiritual home remains rooted in the laneways of South Melbourne, our influence extends throughout the city.

ST.ALi proudly own and operate the Sensory Lab brand of stores in the CBD and now at the Melbourne International Airport. In collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, we introduced the groundbreaking ‘Mercedes Me’ concept store on Collins Street, the first of its kind in Australia. And in 2015, we ventured into the international arena, opening a sister ST. ALi in Jakarta and ST. ALi Bali

At the helm of ST. ALi is Salvatore Malatesta, a disruptive entrepreneur who has reshaped the coffee industry. His visionary leadership emphasizes accessible customer education, cutting-edge branding, and a coffee experience that is not just authentic but also a little rebellious—always with a hint of rock and roll.
